Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for industrial cleaners for our client located in Lafayette, IN for the Winter Shutdown
Pay rate:
1st-3rd Shift: $17/hr weekly pay
Shift:
8-12 hour shifts/weekends (Required)
Shutdown is from 12/23/2026-1/3/2027 (2 Weeks)
Lunch is provided by the client during shutdown
Responsibilities:
- Perform Industrial cleaning duties in a production environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and work areas
- Work well with others in a team environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work up to 8- hour shifts on scheduled days
- Comfortable walking, extended distances, bending, lifting, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a hot environment, etc.
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and pre-employment verifications.
- Must have steel-toe shoes/boots
- Must have good attendance
