Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift- Must be open to working overtime
1st Shift- 5:30am-4:30pm
2nd Shift – 3:45pm-2:30am

CES/AWS is currently seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead and support inspection teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about quality, team development, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of quality inspectors to ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions and quality processes.
- Monitor production processes, equipment, and personnel to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and employee development.
- Partner with Human Resources to address attendance, performance, and employee relations matters.
- Train and mentor team members to promote growth and operational success.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production demands.
- Accurately maintain production records, timekeeping, and quality documentation.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Experience with quality systems, reporting tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with digital systems (Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus).
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to visually inspect parts for defects in color, shape, size, and texture.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a 10–12-hour shift on concrete floors.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, and climb stairs as needed.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
