Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Fiberglass Machine Operators for our client in the Fiberglass Manufacturing located in Columbia, TN.
Start date: ASAP!
Pay rate: $16 per hour.
Shifts: 1st shift (7am-5:30pm) Overtime Mandatory. Monday-Friday (Occasional weekends)
Location: Columbia, TN
Responsibilities:
- Machine Operator start up and run.
- Pack and stack parts to be stowed or moved
- Document defects and report same to Team Leads
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate effectively with peers and leaders
- Operating tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process
- Performing periodic checks on equipment and solving problems as detected
- Working with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order
- Observing and following company safety rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months as a Machine Operator.
- Fiberglass experience and knowledge of Machine Operations is a plus.
- Can not be allergic to insulation or fiberglass.
- Great attitude/attendance
- Stable work history
