Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) is currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician for an Industrial Manufacturing client in the Pulaski, TN area.

Location: Pulaski, TN
Schedule: Day shift
Compensation: $32.50/hr + DOE

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical maintenance, with expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems, PLCs, and other industrial equipment. This role will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of electrical systems within our facilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
    Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
    Respond to equipment failures and breakdowns in a timely manner, diagnosing problems and executing repairs to minimize downtime.
    Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems to support production requirements and technological advancements.
    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
    Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects, including upgrades, installations, and modifications to improve efficiency and performance.
    Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in electrical maintenance preferred.
    3+ years in proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in an industrial setting, preferably in mining, cement, aggregates, quarrying, or power generation.
    Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and controls, including PLCs, motors, drives, and instrumentation.
    Proficient in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately.
