Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an Automotive Manufacturing client in the Chattanooga, TN area.

Location: Chattanooga, TN
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $19-$24/hr DOE

Temp to Hire 

Responsibilities:

Utilize Excel and Word to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Proficiently handle data entry, manipulation, and analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of databases to organize and manage company information efficiently.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze data for various reports and presentations.
Generate statistical analysis and analytics reports, including charts and graphs, to aid decision-making processes.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular quality checks and validations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
3+ years in administrative roles, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing pivot tables, formulas, and functions in Excel.
Experience in creating and maintaining databases using software such as Microsoft Access or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and the ability to create charts and graphs to visualize data.
