CES/AWS has an immediate opening for a Bilingual HR Generalist in the Frankfort, IN, area.

  • Pays: up to $75k/y (DOE)
  • Start: Immediately
  • Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support our 2nd and 3rd shift teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and will be crucial in supporting our employees during evening and overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and support for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.
  2. Facilitate onboarding for employees joining during off-shift hours.
  3. Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs.
  4. Assist in recruitment efforts for off-shift positions.
  5. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
  6. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records.
  8. Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and employee retention strategies.
  9. Conduct training sessions for employees on HR topics.
  10. Stay current on labor laws and industry trends.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and HR generalist functions.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS & ADP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work evening and overnight hours, Monday through Thursday.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
