Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative for an Industrial Manufacturing client in the Franklin, TN area.
Location: Franklin, TN
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $60k-$65k
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Collect, control, and process orders from A to Z. Ensure scheduled delivery and invoicing as requested. Maintain up-to-date service logs.
- Sales Support: Assist Account Managers in preparing field visits and manage resulting actions to support effective sales activities.
- Technical Registration & Data Management: Coordinate technical registrations, follow up on KPIs, and manage Group Master data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Requests & Complaints: Collect, log, track, and resolve customer requests, complaints, problems, and questions. Dispatch to appropriate internal parties if needed to maintain customer service levels.
- Administration & Reporting: Prepare and administer documentation, maintain customer records, and communicate relevant information to management and colleagues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Previous Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- SAP knowledge
- Bi-lingual abilities are a huge plus
