Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for an Automotive Manufacturing client in the Chattanooga, TN area.
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $28/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain all equipment and facilities
- Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
- Try out equipment after repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime
- Record operational data for use in set-up and preventive maintenance records
- Participate in workshops to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical advice on equipment specifications and alterations, ensuring compliance with manufacturing and safety standards
- Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, Technical Certifications (Maintenance/Electrical), or Technical diploma with electrical certification
- OR Five (5) years of electrical experience
- Working knowledge of Quality systems, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in NFPA 70E (arc flash)
