CES is searching for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to perform the role of Executive Assistant for one of our clients in South Windsor Area.

This is a Full Time position

Responsibilities:
– Assist with coordinating the travel arrangements, expense reports and payroll related paperwork for employees working at customers’ facilities.

– Approval of payroll invoices

– Assisting with payroll & Managing training records database, temporary staffing and processing timecards.

– Tracking and following up with submitted invoices, preparing reports

– Anticipating executive and leadership team needs, contributing to seamless collaboration and strategic planning

– Managing office supplies

– Assist in recruitment process (job posting, organizing resumes & coordinating interviews) as well as assisting with the onboarding process.

– Collaboration on engagement activities & events, coordinating logistics, manage invitations.

– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Must have previous administrative and accounting experience

– Post Secondary education in Business Administration, Communications or related field

– Exceptional Organizational skills and strong ability to multi task and prioritizing effectively

– Must have strong oral and written communication skills

– Proficient with computer applications (excel, Microsoft Office Suite) and familiar with HRIS and project management tools, also able to learn different databases quickly

Additional Details: 

  • Location: South West Windsor, ON. (Not on bus route)
  • Salary $55-$65k annually (based on experience)
  • Full Time *This is an on-site and in-person position*
  • Possibility of the position becoming a permanent, full time role with the company
