CES is currently hiring for skilled machine operators for our client in the Lakeshore area.

Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, grinding, polishing and drilling
  • This may involve using slings and power lift devices.
  • Applying adhesives, sealants and caulks.
  • Operating, cleaning and maintaining various types of equipment.
  • Must be able to physically move large, heavy product throughout fabrication process – push, pull, lift, and carry material weighing up to 50lbs.

Requirements

  • 2 min experience in manufacturing
  • Completion of post-secondary diploma (GED) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with hand tools, power tools and measuring devices is preferred.
  • Blue print reading
  • Measuring ( tape reading)
  • Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the position – lifting, bending, stretching, standing for long periods of time.
  • Precision and quality focused (strong attention to detail including the paperwork process)
  • CNC an asset
  • Over head Crane an Asset
  • Good written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong emphasis on Health and Safety at all times

Additional Information:

  • Must have own reliable transportation.
  • Must have own safety shoes.
  • Available to work a steady shift.

Location: Windsor, ON.
Wage: $19.84/hour
