CES is currently hiring for skilled machine operators for our client in the Lakeshore area.
Responsibilities:
- Cutting, grinding, polishing and drilling
- This may involve using slings and power lift devices.
- Applying adhesives, sealants and caulks.
- Operating, cleaning and maintaining various types of equipment.
- Must be able to physically move large, heavy product throughout fabrication process – push, pull, lift, and carry material weighing up to 50lbs.
Requirements
- 2 min experience in manufacturing
- Completion of post-secondary diploma (GED) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with hand tools, power tools and measuring devices is preferred.
- Blue print reading
- Measuring ( tape reading)
- Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the position – lifting, bending, stretching, standing for long periods of time.
- Precision and quality focused (strong attention to detail including the paperwork process)
- CNC an asset
- Over head Crane an Asset
- Good written and oral communication abilities
- Strong emphasis on Health and Safety at all times
Additional Information:
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must have own safety shoes.
- Available to work a steady shift.
Location: Windsor, ON.
Wage: $19.84/hour
