Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrator for our London Office.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities;
- Compiling Resumes
- Creating profiles for new applicants
- Entering confidential information into HRIS
- Updating Recruitment spreadsheets
- Updating employee info for payroll
- Creating detailed reports
- Answer phones
- Act as receptionist, greeting applicants, set them up for interviews and orientations
- Provide admin support to recruitment team
- Provide admin support to management team
Skills required
- Strong Communication, email, phone and in person
- Detail oriented, data on spreadsheets, payroll info, ect
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take on special projects
- 60 WPM typing
- Google suite, Microsoft Suite
- 3+ years of admin exp
Education
- Some college and or business degree
