Maintenance PLC Technician

Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is hiring an experienced Maintenance PLC Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and improving PLC-controlled welding and automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, controls, and automation experience with the ability to mentor and train maintenance team members.

Position Details:
• Pay Rate: $30/hr
• Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift Available
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime every Saturday
• Full-time opportunity

Job Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, electrical, and electronic systems on automated welding and manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Maintain and modify PLC programs, HMIs, and industrial control systems
• Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment improvements
• Assist with the development and implementation of maintenance training programs
• Train and mentor Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 maintenance technicians
• Create and update maintenance procedures and documentation

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or controls experience
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Electrical and automation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Industrial Cleaning Technician – $18/hr
Austin, TX | Weekend Shift | Weekly Pay

Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians to support operations at a major automotive distribution facility in Austin, TX.

This is a hands-on industrial position focused on equipment cleaning, production support, and maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is not a janitorial or office cleaning role. Team members will work around industrial machinery and support daily facility operations.

Schedule Options:

Day Shift:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform industrial cleaning of manufacturing equipment, conveyors, and production areas
• Remove debris, paint sludge, and buildup from equipment and work areas
• Replace filters and assist with basic maintenance support tasks
• Complete pre- and post-operational inspections
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following PPE requirements

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic required
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes
