Reach Truck & Order Picker Operator- Unlimited Overtime – Cranbury, NJ

We’re hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators for a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center in Cranbury. All equipment is 100% electric, and safety + skill are top priorities.

Operators will enjoy unlimited overtime through the end of the year and the opportunity to convert to a union role with consistent raises.

Pay & Shifts: + Unlimited Overtime
2:30pm -11:00pm / $21.50/hr
10:30pm – 7:00am/ $22/hr
Location: Cranbury, NJ 08512 (near Trenton)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Orientation & Testing
● 4-hour orientation
● Includes hands-on training and live skill test
● Must pass both practical and written assessments

Equipment Types
Operators must know at least 2 of the 4 types to start and will train to master all for conversion.
Reach Truck proficiency is mandatory.
● Reach Truck (Required)
● Order Picker (Cherry Picker)(Required)
● Sit-Down Forklift
● Electric Pallet Jack

Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of verified experience operating warehouse equipment
● Proof of certification/card and reference check
● PPE: Steel-toe boots & high-visibility safety vest

The Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring an experienced Warehouse Order Picker  that can build orders, monitor the quality of the order and who can responsibly operate a forklift for our located in Chattanooga, close to Downtown. This positions is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity!!!  Must have a solid work history and experienced resume

Start date:  As Soon As Possible (Pending Interview)

Payrate:  $18.00/hr

Shifts:  1st Shift  7:50 AM to 5pm

In Motor Freight area, the candidate will take care of large customer orders. Orders must be checked for accuracy once picked.  Great attention to detail and personal responsibility is key.

This candidate will need to take direction well and be very self-motivated.

Candidate will be rquired to operate a forklift intermittently throughout the day.  However, this is also a physical position – the associate will be hand loading product onto the forklift then driving it to the shipping area.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently be sure that all quality inspected, accurate loads are delivered to their correct destinations and locations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate inventory counts
  • Move, stack and organize orders, crates and pallets of materials for a manufacturing and warehouse environment

Requirements :

  • Must have useful forklift experience
  • Must be able to work a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
  • A great attitude/attendance is a priority

Compensation:$65 – $80K

Summary 

Support the daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products from warehouse to customers. You will manage inventory control, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with various teams to maintain smooth and cost efficient operations.

Description 
  • Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and storage of goods.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, product traceability and warehouse organization.
  • Lead and support warehouse staff; foster a safe and productive environment.
  • Communicate across supply chain and production teams to align priorities.
  • Drive efficiency through process improvements and strong operational planning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Manage pallets, storage trailers, and fumigation program.
  • Provide backup for logistics and shipping roles when needed.
Skills and Qualification 
  • OSSD
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Personal reliable transportation.
  • 5 Years of warehouse/logistics supervision (food industry experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with inventory systems, WMS, and ERP platforms.
