We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in East Ridge, TN. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project management activities, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and contributing to the successful completion of manufacturing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to meet project objectives.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, team members, and management.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles is a plus.
