Canadian Executive Search Group (USA ), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has immediate openings for Warehouse Associates for our client in the automotive tire distribution industry located in Phoenix, AZ.

You  will need to have prior Cherry picker/ Picker lift experience

Location: Phoenix, AZ.

Start date: ASAP

 Shift hours: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Payrate:  $20.00/HR

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading
  • Load and unload delivery trucks – requiring frequent physical moving and lifting of product weighing as much as 50 pounds
  • Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain an operator license, if required.
  • Check all orders for quality, order accuracy, and proper labeling
  • Have great communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

  • Have experience operating a picker lift/cherry picker. Experience with RF scanners would be a plus.
  • Ability to start, control and maintain a complete process or procedure, while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront
  • Must be able to pass post Offer Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
  • Must be able to work full time and some OT as needed
  • Must be punctual, and have your own transportation
  • You must have steel toed shoes or boots at time of application

Warehouse Equipment Operator – Days & Night Shifts

We are hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to support operations in a high-volume, modern distribution environment. This role focuses on operating powered equipment—primarily cherry pickers—to safely retrieve, move, and store products while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Location: Romeoville, IL

Available Schedules:
● Sun – Tues 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
● Wed – Sat 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
● Sun – Tues 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
● Wed – Sat 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Compensation:
● $22.50–$24.50 per hour

Primary Duties
● Operate cherry picker equipment to pick and stage inventory at elevated
heights.
● Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory accurately.
● Move, lift, and position product safely throughout the facility.
● Maintain awareness of safety protocols while working at heights and on the
warehouse floor.
● Support overall warehouse operations as needed to meet daily volume
goals.

Required Qualifications
● At least 1 years of recent cherry picker experience (required)
● Comfortable working at heights of up to 35 feet
● Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently and perform team lifts of heavier items
● Able to remain on your feet and active for 8+ hours per shift
● Familiar with scanning devices and warehouse technology
● Prior distribution or logistics experience preferred
● Must be 18 years or older and able to read and understand English

Reach Truck & Order Picker Operator- Unlimited Overtime – Cranbury, NJ

We’re hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators for a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center in Cranbury. All equipment is 100% electric, and safety + skill are top priorities.

Operators will enjoy unlimited overtime through the end of the year and the opportunity to convert to a union role with consistent raises.

Pay & Shifts: + Unlimited Overtime
2:30pm -11:00pm / $21.50/hr
10:30pm – 7:00am/ $22/hr
Location: Cranbury, NJ 08512 (near Trenton)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Orientation & Testing
● 4-hour orientation
● Includes hands-on training and live skill test
● Must pass both practical and written assessments

Equipment Types
Operators must know at least 2 of the 4 types to start and will train to master all for conversion.
Reach Truck proficiency is mandatory.

Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of verified experience operating warehouse equipment
● Proof of certification/card and reference check
● PPE: Steel-toe boots & high-visibility safety vest
